Gym

Our gym has cardio and resistance equipment from Technogym, plus a free weights area. Download Technoygm’s app – ‘mywellness’ to help you track your fitness activity in the gym and out and about.

Our fitness team are available to offer you advice and help you make the most of your workout, with a variety of different exercises to help build and tone muscle or improve your fitness level.

Personal Training

If you are new to exercise, or have been doing the same routine for a while and want to refresh or change your routine speak to one of our Personal Trainers. Our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you want to build muscle, manage your weight, train for events or just get into shape, personal training sessions can help. The sessions are one hour long and can be arranged at a time to suit you.

Junior Gym

For 11 – 15 year olds, helping to get children and teenagers into a healthy mindset and encourage regular exercise into their weekly routine.

Juniors can attend supervised sessions, where a qualified fitness instructor will be present to offer advice and recommend appropriate exercises. Sessions are bookable in one hour slots, booking in advance is recommended.

Outside of the supervised sessions stated below, juniors can attend the gym, providing they are accompanied by a registered adult, who must be over the age of 18. Before attending, the parent / guardian must confirm the details of up to two registered adults.
